Power dynamics play a key role in creating a space where everybody feels valued and respected, as power relationships influence who holds power, who is listened to, and who is marginalised.

Power dynamics shape the allocation of opportunities, resources, and recognition within organisational structures, impacting the overall dynamics of the workplace.
