This workshop aims to raise awareness of biases that may affect human resources processes within your organisation, thereby limiting opportunities for diverse talent to thrive and contribute to a productive and inclusive working environment.

Learning objectives

• Understand how social experiences create assumptions of common sense and stereotypes that inform our decision-making processes about people.
• Reflect on how biases can prevent certain groups joining or progressing within our workforces and develop strategies to mitigate this.
