Leading through the extreme and the extraordinary.
The world is in a state of flux and we are facing more periods of crisis or emergency and more instances of outrage and political unrest, at global and national levels.
Increasingly, people are looking for guidance from trustworthy leaders with the vision, compassion and tenacity needed to steer our organisations and our country through these challenging times.
Normally, when we talk about inclusive leadership, we mean mindful leadership: this means slowing down and empathetically thinking through the lens of many diverse experiences.
When in crisis, we do not have the luxury of slowing down. Leaders need to make decisions on the fly, while taking their people with them. So how do inclusive leaders show up when the going gets tough?
Diversity Sessions are interactive online conversations where we can explore inclusion issues impacting our organisations and our people.
Join this session where we discuss the role of the workplace in these turbulent times and what inclusive leaders need to do to support their people and retain engagement.
