Join us in Auckland as we wrap up the 2023 year and celebrate some of the amazing mahi creating better inclusion in workplaces around Aotearoa New Zealand.

This event will begin with a brief Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Diversity Works New Zealand.

Then our Chief Executive Maretha Smit will present key findings from this year’s report on the state of workplace inclusion in Aotearoa and the next challenges facing our organisations.

To wrap up our hui, 2023 Diversity Champion Stacey Mendonça will share what she has learned through more than 20 years of making the construction sector a better place for women. Stacey was one of the founders of the National Association of Women In Construction (NAWIC).

This is an opportunity to bring together our members from around the motu and our Auckland regional diversity group for an afternoon of learning and networking.
